Attendance, from first scan to payroll export.

Clocked covers the whole journey: staff clock in on their own phones, you watch the day unfold live, and payroll gets numbers it can trust. Every screenshot below is the real product, running with fictional demo data.

For your staff

Clocking in takes less time than putting on a name badge.

There’s no app to install and no badge to forget. Staff scan the QR code once, confirm who they are, and from then on their phone recognises them instantly. Clock in, clock out, start and end breaks: one tap each.

  • Works on any phone with a camera, iPhone or Android
  • One-time setup with a personal PIN
  • Break tracking built into the same flow
  • Clear, friendly errors when something needs a re-scan

The Professional kiosk

A tablet on the wall that knows who’s really there.

Any tablet becomes a kiosk in two minutes. It shows a live QR code that changes after every scan, and a one-time confirmation code that proves your team member is standing in front of it, not clocking in from the bus.

  • Run multiple kiosks: staff entrance, back of house, second gate
  • Keeps working through Wi-Fi dropouts
  • Greets each person by name as they clock in
  • Pairs and revokes from the dashboard, no site visit needed

For managers

The whole site, live, on one screen.

Who’s working, who’s on a break, who hasn’t turned up, updated the second anything changes. When rotas slip, you see it the same morning, not at month end.

For visitors & contractors

The visitor book, minus the biro on a string.

Switch on visitor sign-in and the same QR code your staff scan becomes a digital visitor book. Contractors, trades and inspectors tap Visitor Sign In and type their name, company and who they’re visiting, on their own phone, not a shared tablet. No PINs, no codes, no queue at reception.

  • One QR sign covers staff and visitors, nothing extra at the gate
  • Visitors join the emergency roll call while they're on site
  • Regular contractors are remembered: next visit is two taps
  • Kept separate from staff attendance, deleted automatically after 90 days

For emergencies

When the fire alarm goes off, you already know.

One button, on your phone or the office screen, opens Emergency Headcount: everyone currently on site, biggest number first. Start the roll call and tick people off as they reach the muster point. Whoever’s left at the top is who you’re looking for.

  • Always one tap away, on every dashboard page
  • Unaccounted people stay at the top of the list
  • Signed-in visitors and contractors are on the list too
  • Optional: the kiosk doubles as a live “Who's in?” board (off by default)

For payroll

Month end without the shoebox of timesheets.

Daily summaries calculate clock-in and clock-out times, breaks and worked hours for you. Missing clock-outs and manual adjustments are flagged, so the exceptions are obvious and everything else just adds up. Export the lot as CSV and you’re done.

Why you can trust the numbers

Designed so the easy way is the honest way.

Codes that can't be photographed and reused

Professional kiosks sign every QR code cryptographically and replace it after each scan. A photo of the screen is stale within seconds, and every code works exactly once per person.

Proof of presence, not just a punch

After scanning, the kiosk shows a one-time confirmation code that staff type into their phone. Completing it means they were standing in front of the tablet, not around the corner.

One phone per person

Each staff member registers one device, protected by a PIN. Registering a new phone signs the old one out, so a shared login can't quietly become two people's clock.

An audit trail you can stand behind

Every attendance record keeps its source: kiosk, QR sign or manual entry. Every manual change is logged with who made it and why. Disputes end with a lookup, not an argument.

Offline never loses an hour

Kiosks keep producing valid codes without a connection, phones retry failed punches automatically, and anything recorded while the kiosk was offline is flagged for review rather than dropped.

Your branding on every screen

Add your logo and colours so the kiosk and clock-in pages feel like part of your venue, a small thing your team notices every single morning.

The fastest way to understand it is to use it.
